A tracking number will be made sent to you when your item ships. For items that are a "special order" we may not have in stock and will have to contact the supplier directly. We will allow a 14 day option for returns with the exception of mouthpieces. If you need to make a return please contact us for authorization. If you choose "School Delivery" we will be happy to deliver to your school as long as you are in our service area. We will contact you to give an approximant time you can expect your purchase to arrive at the school.
